A whole-house renovation has to wait for rough-in inspections before drywall, and drywall before floors, and that sequence cannot be compressed. You get the full schedule in writing before demolition day, with the inspection dates already on the calendar.

Usually yes, and we pull them. The Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections requires permits for structural changes and for plumbing, electrical and mechanical work, which covers most kitchen and bathroom remodels. Permits, inspections and the licensed trades that go with them are part of our scope.
